The Company

Maison Sport is the platform for independent ski and snowboard instructors. Our mission is to connect skiers and snowboarders with amazing, independent instructors, whilst enabling the instructors to increase their earnings and work in a more flexible way. Think of us as like Airbnb for ski or snowboarding lessons.

The Job

Full time - permanent role

Location - London – Old Street

Salary – £20k

We’re looking for an outgoing individual, that has a passion for service and can speak & write native level French. The role will work closely with our instructor community/sales manager and the founding team.

The importance of the role means it naturally links in with all areas of the company, from marketing, to product development, it’s a fantastic opportunity to develop and grow within a creative environment. You will have access to learn about other areas of the business, such as marketing, product management and design, should you wish.

It is essential you have the mind-set of an eternal learner, willing to always improve your knowledge. The current team as a whole are driven to succeed and we have created an environment where our team can follow their passions. 

Job Summary

  • Build long-term, sustainable relationships with key instructor stakeholders
  • Advocate for the instructors and their needs internally within Maison Sport to drive continuous service improvement
  • Provide the highest level of service to instructors as well as the others on the Maison Sport team.
  • Help new and existing instructors setup and optimize their profiles.
  • Translate web and marketing content from English to French and assisting our marketing team with our social media accounts.
  • Attend, participate and report in weekly community meetings
  • Keep abreast of ski industry initiatives and monitor competitor activity, highlighting areas for development
  • Work one weekend a month during Nov-April


  • Native level French (Italian and/or German would be useful but not a requirement).
  • High level reporting skills
  • A passion for excellent service.
  • Ski or Snowboard Instructor experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Agile Thinker
  • Tech savvy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
  • Proficient in MS packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
