Hi! I'm John - I love to teach skiing. I have been an instructor for 15 years, worked all over the world and have finally settled in Meribel, in the famous Three Valleys. I have great experience of running and managing a ski school and plenty of skiing pedigree having spent 10 years racing on the British National Team as an athlete. What to expect in a ski lesson

All my lessons revolve around two priorities: staying safe and having fun! We will start every lesson with a few warm up runs on the pistes, then once I have a good idea of your ability I can plan the rest of the sessions to suit your goals. Whatever you want to achieve or explore, let me know and we can have a great time together.

Lessons will generally begin at the main lift station in resort, however, it's often also possible to arrange to start your lessons at your accomodation (especially for full day lessons or a lesson starting first thing in the morning). Upon booking John S will be able to suggest the most suitable meeting point to ensure you get the most from your lessons. If you have a particular request which will influence whether you book this instructor, for instance starting at a restaurant on the mountain, then we suggest messaging the instructor prior to booking.
