I started skiing at the age of 3 and skied competitively for 14 years. I became a Ski Instructor at 19 years old and as a first experience I worked in Sauze d’Oulx. <br /> I really love teaching how to ski, from kids to adults; so, if you would like to learn how to ski, improve your skiing technique or simply spend some time skiing in tranquility send me a message and we can organise a lesson !

Beginner

Gemma provided great tuition for my two daughters as well as a couple of others in our group. She was very friendly with really clear English and in particular gave my daughters a lot of confidence and in only 3 lessons really improved their skiing. This made a big difference and by the 4th day they were skiing freely on their own. Many Thanks to Gemma - We could not have wished for a better more friendlier instructor.

Myself and my partner had a 2hr lesson with Gemma... I would definitely recommend Gemma and would definitely contact again when I want a further lesson ... I have had many private lessons from instructors in various resorts and can honestly say Gemma is definitely one of the best

Gemma was a great instructor, we had 4 separate lessons with her as beginners. We are a group of three, with myself as mum and my 2 teenage sons. Gemma managed our development really well, gave focused feedback and by the last lessons both boys felt confident to come down all slopes. We would definitely recommend Gemma and thank her for her patience, great ability to instruct, excellent communication ( perfect fluency with English). Others have commented on how well the boys are skiing, thank you Gemma.

I came to Gemma as a complete beginner with little confidence that I would be able to ski. During my first lesson I felt at complete ease, this I believe is down to Gemma’s relaxed and friendly nature that makes you feel comfortable. She was able to breakdown elements simply, allowing me to understand and practice immediately. I have learnt a vast amount from my lessons with Gemma, it is clearly something she is very passionate about with extensive experience, and I will forever have her voice inside my head giving those technique tips! Thank you :)

I'm a confident skier but booked Gemma for a private lesson to try and get help with a number of bad habits that I have picked up over the years. Gemma was extremely friendly and very easy to get along with straight away. She picked up on a number of areas within my technique that needed attention and gave me some very useful exercises to help me get back on track! I recommended Gemma to the friends I was on holiday with and would recommend her to anyone else! Thanks Gemma!

Where is the meeting point?

You can arrange the meeting point with your chosen instructor by using the Maison Sport messaging system. We recommend agreeing this before you book your lessons, but it can always be arranged at a later date. The instructor should be able to suggest somewhere that is convenient for you both.

What qualifications do the instructors have?

All instructors listed on Maison Sport have been verified by their nation's governing body, be it the French Government's Department of Sport, Swiss Ski Federation or The Italian Winter Sports Federation, so you can rest assured you will be in safe hands when you’re on the slopes.

How many people can take part in the lesson?

Generally no more than 8 people, each instructor has their own policy for this, so it is best to just double check with them by sending a message. Most instructors won't charge extra if there is more than 1 person taking part in the lesson, but always best to check with them before booking.s

How do I book?
