Tof was excellent with all the different age groups and levels of our group. He is always smiling and happy, he loves what he does and that shows with the way the lessons are carried out and the progress is shown through the group. With the more advanced skiers he was lots of fun and is very knowledgable in Chamonix which helps in taking new routes and learning new techniques. Overall Tof is the best Ski instructor I have experienced in the 6 ski trips I have done, highly recommended.

Myself and my friend had hired Tof for originally just a few hours.... which turned into a day and a half. He was fab, really good fun, confident and all importantly patient. We were both pretty nervous, but by the end of the day he made us feel really confident. We had a great time, not only did Tof make our ski trip epic, but we felt found a friend in him too... would 100% use again.... Thank you Tof !!!!

Tof was a great teacher. I had an amazing day with him, started with red lines and went to the black line in the middle. I was very tired at the end of the day for the intense training. It was a great day of skiing! I highly recommend him.

Really excellent instructor. Tof was so patient and when I had a panic attack mid slope, he was so motivating and encouraging that I managed to complete the run! He is friendly and is attentive to your technical skills, giving excellent improvement points. Highly recommend.

Tof is clearly an exceptional skier and also a great teacher. He took my children who are very good skiers on some new challenging slopes and off-pistes and they all improved. He helped the oldies to improve and was patient with good tips, but also kept us challenged and reaching for the next slope. He also taught my teenagers to snowboard in one day, going from zero to blue. A friendly guy and makes it fun with great all round knowledge. I would definitely recommend you take a lesson with Tof.

I booked TofH for February Half Term in Chamonix / Brevent. TofH is a fantastic instructor. He looked after our family of 2 adult and 2 child novices very well indeed. He was able to use his skills to marshal our varying abilities, with motivating encouragement. He was particularly able to identify the degree of attention each of us needed and truly looked after our children's needs. His instruction was flawless. In addition, though TofH came across as modest and humble; in fact he is a true LEGEND of high level mountain skiing and it was truly an unexpected privilege and thrill to be taught TofH. Tof taught the 5 children (intermediate skiers) in our group for 5 mornings. They all loved him! His teaching improved their parallel turn techniques, off piste skiing in powder and by the end of week they were skiing down black runs without stopping! Tof’s lessons were fun. They loved doing jumps and learning tricks with him. We would definitely recommend Tof to others and hope to see him again sometime in the future.

We contacted Tof for a couple of ski lessons for our 12 year old son. New to Chamonix the whole family ended up joining the sessions as his unending experience and knowledge of the mountain was so helpful to us on our first couple of days. Great technical advise and guidance - for all of us - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tof for any level of skier. He's a great teacher and super interesting guy to spend time with.

We were so lucky to find Tof from this website. He taught my 3.5 year old son, and he went on the drag lift and greens after a few rounds all by himself! Both me and my husband also had a separate lesson from him and we both learnt so much. Tof is extremely friendly, diverse and an amazing teacher. He is great with kid, he makes lessons fun but push them at the right time. With adults, he observes and always gives good advice whenever he spots any improvement. Thanks Tof, we will be back soon!

Tof is AMAZING. Cheaper instructors were available, but Tof is worth every penny. He took my family from first time skiers to black runs in just 4 days. My wife loved his friendliness, my boys loved his sense of fun. Our 4 day skiing trip wouldn’t have been a tenth as good if it wasn’t for Tof. Whether you’re a complete novice like we were, or an accomplished skier looking for someone to teach you new skills, Tof’s your man. Highly recommended.

Booked Tof for a full day. Snowcondition was not the best (not that much snow), but Tof managed to find great skiing all day. Very good instructor, just after the first run he pinpointed a few things for me to think about. I noticed instantly that my skiing improved a lot after that day. Could highly recommend Tof, superfriendly, very good instructor and he knows the terrain in Chamonix very well.

His love of the mountains and of skiing is evident and is passed through his teaching. His teaching skills were very encouraging, bringing on some new techniques. Tof may have a big mountain skier reputation but he is very patient with all levels of skiers.
