I was a ski racer in South Tyrol in my teen years, then I went on to study economics and management in the US. A couple of years ago I decided to retire from the business world and to be a ski instructor full time.

What to expect in a ski lesson

You already feel comfortable on blue slopes and want to improve your style or carving technique. I will also be your culture and gourmet guide, I know the best mountain huts and I will tell you about the history of my mountains. Let’s ski together the Sellaronda, Marmolada glacier, day trips to Cortina and Val di Fassa. Sorry no children or first-timers.

Lessons will generally begin at the main lift station in resort, however, it's often also possible to arrange to start your lessons at your accomodation (especially for full day lessons or a lesson starting first thing in the morning). Upon booking Walter S will be able to suggest the most suitable meeting point to ensure you get the most from your lessons. If you have a particular request which will influence whether you book this instructor, for instance starting at a restaurant on the mountain, then we suggest messaging the instructor prior to booking.
