Crans Montana is a very popular resort with its old town charm, luxury shops, and gourmet dining with plenty of accommodation options. Located in the Swiss Valais region, it boasts over 140km of varied ski slopes. Crans Montana is well suited to beginners and there are numerous gentle green and blue slopes, notably in the Merbé and Arnouva areas. Beginners can comfortably build their skills here, and when the lower slopes have less snow, the higher-altitude areas, such as Petit Mont Bonvin have some easy blue runs.
