We have now launched our new per-person pricing feature for instructors on the Pro or Ultimate subscription plans. This feature has been highly requested and we are pleased to roll it out and improve your experience on Maison Sport. 

What is the Per Person Pricing Feature?

The per-person pricing feature allows you to charge an extra fee per person for group bookings. This can be used on bookings of more than two people for hourly lessons and bookings of more than four people for full-day lessons. 

How it Works:

Hourly lessons: can charge a maximum of €10 per hour (extra), per person – for groups that have more than 2 participants.

Full-day lessons: can charge a maximum of €40 per day (extra), per person – for groups that have more than 4 participants.

You can select which resorts, sports and dates the per-person pricing applies to.

The per-person pricing will be added on top of your set base price and the full price (including per-person fees) will be visible to customers. Please be aware that your pricing may appear less competitive if your base price is not reasonably adjusted. 

Per-person pricing fees may be most beneficial when applied to select sports e.g. off-piste skiing, or for peak dates in certain resorts. 

How to Set Up the Per Person Pricing Feature 

The per-person pricing feature can be configured within the settings page in your account. By default, all resorts, sports and dates are unselected. To set up per-person pricing, simply select the resorts, sports and dates that you would like to apply per-person pricing to and click ‘save changes’. Please note that you can only access the per-person pricing feature if you are on the Pro or Ultimate Subscription Plan. 

To disable per-person pricing (once it has been set up), you can either: unselect resorts it applies to, unselect sports it applies to, unselect weeks it applies to or set the per-person price as zero. Unselecting a resort/sport/date in the settings page for per-person pricing has no impact on availability.
