What Does the Maison Sport Ski Fit Guide Include? 

Our 6-week Ski Fit Guide includes 3 workouts to complete per week to get you ready for the ski season ahead. Each workout focuses on muscle groups and movement patterns directly related to improving your ski performance and reducing injury risk. The programme is designed so that it progresses in difficulty as you complete each week. Each workout is approximately 30-40 minutes in length and comes with an illustration and video to demonstrate the correct technique. We have also included an exercise glossary, where you will be able to read about the exercises included, their application to skiing and common mistakes to avoid.

The Maison Sport Ski Fit Guide is suited for people of all levels of fitness and skiing experience. The guide is designed to progress in difficulty each week, so if you are struggling with any of the exercises you can regress the exercise to the one featured in the previous week, if needed. With exercise variations to choose from, you can personalise the programme to your fitness level and goals. No gym equipment is needed, so you can perform the workouts at home! Some of our favourite ski-focused exercises from the programme include lateral lunges, 180° jumps and skater jumps.
