Each workout focuses on the muscle groups and movement patterns directly related to improving your ski performance and reducing injury risk.The plan requires no gym equipment and progresses in difficulty as the weeks go on. For every exercise you can watch a demo and read about the correct technique, common mistakes and how it applies to skiing.
