Since 1986, I live and ski in Méribel and worked as an ESF ski instructor from 1995 until 2001. In the year 2001 I chose to be an independend Instructor and Guide. Speaking German, English, French, Spanish and Italian helps me to look after an international clientele, which I enjoy very much!

What to expect in a ski lesson

After many years in the mountains and the snow, my enthusiasm for skiing is as fresh as ever. The motion and the freedom you enjoy while gliding through a glistening and frozen environment, playing with gravity, is a sensation I crave for and don’t ever want to miss! I would like to share that enthusiasm so that you too can feel the thrill of traveling through this beautiful snow-covered landscape.

Lessons will generally begin at the main lift station in resort, however, it's often also possible to arrange to start your lessons at your accomodation (especially for full day lessons or a lesson starting first thing in the morning). Upon booking Thomas W will be able to suggest the most suitable meeting point to ensure you get the most from your lessons. If you have a particular request which will influence whether you book this instructor, for instance starting at a restaurant on the mountain, then we suggest messaging the instructor prior to booking.
