Ski school group lessons follow the 'Flexible' cancellation policy below. For private lessons, the independent instructors choose from one of the following two cancellation policies, you can see their policy on their profile and it will be detailed on your booking.

Equipment rental cancellation
You can cancel your equipment rental by clicking on the cancel button at the bottom of your Skiset booking in the bookings area of your Maison Sport account.
You will receive a full refund if you cancel the booking more than 48 hours before the rental start date. Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the rental start date will not be entitled to a refund.

You can do this from within the bookings area of your Maison Sport account, just click cancel booking. Reimbursement is calculated in line with the instructor’s cancellation policy or in accordance with the Enhanced Cancellation policy if you purchased that as part of booking, so make sure you check it first. You can find out which policy applies by visiting the bookings page in your customer account.
An instructor's cancellation policy is shown on their Maison Sport profile, below their introduction. If you have made a booking the cancellation policy will also be shown at the top of your booking in the bookings area of your Maison Sport account.
If you would like to remove one or more private lessons from your booking, please contact your instructor first. It is not always possible to amend a booking if the instructor had a minimum number of days booking rule applied to those dates. If your instructor is happy to amend the booking then we will of course facilitate this. You can cancel all of your private lessons by clicking on the cancel button at the bottom of your private booking in the bookings area of your Maison Sport account. Any reimbursement will be in-line with your instructor's cancellation policy which is shown at the top of your booking.

Yes someone else can take your place in a group lesson provided you request this at least 24hours before the start of the first day of the lesson program and the person replacing you meets the age requirements and has the same skiing level.
Yes. Your equipment hire booking can be cancelled independent of our lesson bookings up to 48hrs before the pickup time.
Yes. You can remove equipment items from your booking up to 48hrs before the pickup time by contacting our customer service team on [email protected], using the chat box on our website or via WhatsApp to our landline number +442038568307. Our team will issue a refund for the cancelled items and issue you with a new voucher to use in the store.
Any request for a refund should be resolved directly with the shop in resort. If you make changes which result in a refund payable, you must provide documentation from the shop, in order for us to process the applicable refund. We are unable to provide a refund for any reason without supporting evidence which shows the agreement to refund in full or partially from the shop.
In the event you have an issue with the rental equipment or require a refund, the issue should be resolved with the shop directly in resort. If you make changes which result in a refund payable, you must provide documentation from the shop, in order for us to process the applicable refund. We are unable to provide a refund for any reason without supporting evidence which shows the agreement to refund in full or partially from the shop.
If you have a private lesson booked and the resort in which you have booked is completely shut and the lesson cannot take place, you will be entitled to a full refund. Please contact your instructor and they will be able to advise on whether the lesson can take place.
