Maison Sport Customer Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is officially cancelled when you click the ‘cancel this booking’ button on a confirmed reservation. If you’re due a refund, we will automatically credit the card you used to make the original payment (it may take up to 5 days for the funds to re-appear in your account).
Ski school group lessons follow the 'Flexible' cancellation policy below. For private lessons, the independent instructors choose from one of the following two cancellation policies, you can see their policy on their profile and it will be detailed on your booking.
Flexible
In the event of cancellation, reimbursement will be calculated as a percentage of the total cost of all lessons booked, as follows:

Cancellation due to COVID-19
In addition to the standard cancellation terms above, if you’re unable to take your lessons due to any of the reasons below, you will receive a full refund for your booking, including the Maison Sport booking fees:
  1. If the resort where your lessons are due to take place is closed due to COVID-19.
  2. In the event the instructor has to cancel your lessons.
  3. If the border to the country where your lessons are due to take place is closed and you cannot enter the country.
  4. If the border of your home country is closed and you cannot leave the country, or re-enter after your holiday.
*In the event you need to cancel, to receive a full refund the booking must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the first lesson of the booking.
*For the avoidance of doubt, in the event you cancel a lesson due to contracting COVID-19, you will be refunded in line with the instructor’s cancellation policy detailed below. We recommend ensuring you have the appropriate level of travel insurance to cover this situation.
