Maison Sport was founded by instructors. We made it a priority to protect instructors against unfortunate last-minute cancellations that might impact your season financially.
This is why we have carefully designed cancellation policies which all instructors adopt which protect them as much as possible. If the customer cancels a confirmed booking, you will be paid according to the cancellation policy you have chosen, this is displayed on your Maison Sport profile.
On Maison Sport you can choose between two cancellation policies; Flexible and Super-Flexible. The cancellation policy you choose determines the refund a customer will receive and the amount you will be paid, depending on when the booking is cancelled. Your cancellation policy is displayed on your profile and shown to the customer on the checkout page and on the booking summary page, after they have booked.
