What to expect in a ski lesson

My name is Martino and my experience on the snow began at the age of four, and then consolidated through the path of competitive competitions. Today, as a ski instructor, I make this technical background available to those who want to improve their skiing in a concrete and conscious way. My approach is based on customisation: each skier has different characteristics and my task is to identify the most effective path to advance the technique, from the management of the first curves to the mastery of the most challenging slopes. During classes I usually use video-analysis: I firmly believe that seeing yourself in action is the most effective tool to understand the error and correct it immediately. I don't just explain the theory, but I work by your side to give you the confidence you need to fully enjoy the mountain. Skiing well means first of all awareness and control, and this is the goal I set myself for each of our outings together.

Lessons will generally begin at the main lift station in resort, however, it's often also possible to arrange to start your lessons at your accomodation (especially for full day lessons or a lesson starting first thing in the morning). Upon booking Martino R will be able to suggest the most suitable meeting point to ensure you get the most from your lessons. If you have a particular request which will influence whether you book this instructor, for instance starting at a restaurant on the mountain, then we suggest messaging the instructor prior to booking.
