La Tania was purpose built for the 1992 Olympics.
La Tania is a popular resort that sits within the 3 Valleys ski area, it's nestled between Courchevel and Meribel and has a great village feel, offering great value catered chalet accommodation to visiting skiers and snowboarders. La Tania hosted the 2022 World Cup Finals, the downhill piste which travels from the top of La Tania and then down to Courchevel Le Praz, is one of the most exciting ski runs on the tour.

L’Eclipse, a particularly challenging black run that will certainly test your legs, starts at the top of La Tania before dropping down to Le Praz. Furthermore, its position allows for quick access to more challenging terrain in nearby resorts and the wider 3 Valleys.

La Tania's ski season typically runs from early December through to late April. Given its altitude and tree-lined slopes, it maintains good snow cover for most of the season. To avoid the crowds, it's recommended to visit outside of the school holiday periods. However, access to the vast 3 Valleys ensures the pistes are never too crowded.
