Nestled in the Saas Valley, Saas Fee is often called the "Pearl of the Alps". Renowned for its glacier skiing and incredible mountain scenery, the resort offers skiers and snowboarders an exceptional high-altitude experience. It sits at 1800m with slopes reaching up to 3600m, ensuring reliable snow throughout the season. The traditional alpine, car-free village, flanked by thirteen 4000m peaks, gives this resort a clean and refreshing feel.

Saas Fee provides a welcoming environment for beginners. The resort has several dedicated beginner areas at the village level, ensuring a safe and comfortable learning environment. As beginners gain confidence, they can leave the valley and explore some of the gentle blue runs higher up the mountain.

What is the skiing like in Saas Fee for intermediate?

Intermediate skiers are spoilt for choice in Saas Fee. Multiple red runs snake their way down from the glacier, offering varied terrain and incredible views. The Mittelallalin and Felskinn areas, in particular, provide a mix of enjoyable easy cruisers and more challenging pistes.
