Advanced skiers will not be disappointed in La Thuile. The resort has a selection of challenging black runs, and the off-piste possibilities are notable, especially after fresh snowfall. The runs from Mont Belvedere are particularly rewarding, with steep descents and varied terrain.

La Thuile is open from late November till late April. Due to its south-facing orientation, the resort enjoys ample sunshine throughout the season, however, this can mean snow cover on the lower slopes can be patchy late in the season.
